Play Therapy
Play Therapy is a form of counseling for children that builds on developmentally appropriate forms of communication through play. Play therapy helps a child by using play as a natural language. Instead of forcing a child to talk about hard feelings, the therapist provides toys, art, and games to let kids process trauma, express complex emotions and learn social skills in a safe space.
